There has been alot of threads like this.
My car does it sometimes while warming up, although stops when it gets warmed up. Sometimes doesnt even do it at all.

Did you do the auto adjustment on the pedal after completing the clutch change... And did you replace the TOB?

My ps pump will squeal when it's cold outside. Once car warns up it goes away.

Take your belt off and spin all pulleys and idlers by hand to see if one is bound up (besides the crank). Also start the car with belt off and see if it still makes the noise. If it doesn't squeal without a belt, then obviously you have a belt/pulley issue.

Here's what I do - remove the belt, get a string similar to a lawn mower cord - loop it around the idler pullies and pull - listen for the noise - just be careful pulling the string. It always works for me -

you just dont listen do you? You should have taken the belt off first to see if it was those pullies. Now you got the problem still there and money spent on not fixing the problem.

Spray wd40 on each pulley one at a time until the noise goes away. Then replace what needs to be replaced
