I think the airbags would look cool but it doesnt really fit the fast car scene.

Instead of putting 2k into airbags then why not put 2k into full suspension, sticky tires, and spray. Just my thought.

To each his own in this situation.

For reference heres my past 3 vehicles that were bagged, theres a few lowered truck inbetween.

About hitting a switch and slamming the ground will not happen easily in a mustang. In the rear the coil springs can be swapped for a normal bag, but you will only be able to go so low until your tire bottoms out in the wheel opening or your axle hits your exhuast or floor pan. You can tub and re-work the floor like on my past trucks, but that just doesnt make sense on a uni-body car. The front is way differnt suspension setup than most trucks. You would be limited to strut bags, like sold by Ridetech (air ride tech). Expensive and only offer some drop in the front, which on a mustang again will bottom out the wheel in the opening again. You'll also need more than 1 switch setup to have a proper working suspension. you'll need at least 8 valves in a mustang, which would allow you to control every corner independent from each other. Which is what your considering "dancing". If you only due front and back and go around a corner with any speed you will have the psi from one side transfer to the other side causing major body roll.

If you just want a low parked ride i'm sure Ridetech offers an expensive bolt on kit and would sit you low, but I wouldnt mess with it on a mustang.

Although somewhat true it is also a falsehood they don't blow, ask me how I know, i'll tell you, I am a road service truck mechanic, take it from me they blow.........although very off topic just thought I would share that

I don't consider myself too old, just 23. However I'm also an engineer, so I'm all about function over form. I'd take the coilovers since they can get you low, but are nice in the way you can dial them in. Get yourself some coilovers with adjustable shocks and those are nice. Decent looks, excellent performance.

That and my ride is lowered about 2" and I already have problems scraping shit. I can only imagine how much it would suck going any lower.
