do 99-00 have trunk lights?

Sound like a dumb question, but my friend Alex and cousin Morgan have lights in there trunk when you open them to light at night they said. They have 2002 & 2004 year models though. Mine has never had, would be nice to see at night. I looked once never saw a bulb that might have been burnt out. Thanks for the time

thanks bro, I guess I've never looked that far down/back. appreciated I'll check out today. I swore I had seen where there were led bulb replacements for them.

MY CAR IS AT THE BODYSHOP SO ILL LOOK LATER WHEN I AM OVER THERE AND TRY SNAPPING A PIC OF EXACTLY WHERE IT IS..

FOR SOME REASON, I THOUGHT IT WAS THE SAME BULBS AS THE 3RD IS.. NOT 100% SURE THOUGH

I was thinking of mounting a white led on the backside of my sub box, in between it and the back of the backseat. not for show really, for good lighting. I have a white led dome light and on the back side you won't see the bulb. never know when you'll need the Jackhawk 9000 out

you know, until i read this thread, i completely forgot that my old '00 6 banger had one...never thought about that on my 01...hmmm, that would make things hell of a lot more convenient at night!

Im gonna have to look at my 01 Bullitt at lunch now, cuz I don't remember ever seeing the trunk light up when you open it... and I've replaced all the 3rd brake light bulbs and license plate bulbs too with all LEDs, but never saw an internal trunk light
