finally refitted my nitrous kit with new motor

so when i motor blew i put in another used motor but this thing was mint Nick Mckinney from ModularHeadshop referred me to this guy who sells motors, well i picked up the last year of the 4.6 2v with 50k miles thing was mint he took it apart for me to inspect and put it back together.

anyways along with install i put on a jlt intake ac delete bbk h-pipe and dynoma ultra flows 3 inch

so what i was thinking with was going big with the induction for the nitrous make sense? more gains in the higher horsepower? I.E jlt and then later bbk 78mm? will gain me more with the 125 shot attached meaning it would b like adding more power then 125 right?

Either way the car performed like an animal i was picking my girlfriend up from work and telling her how i just got the kit back on and 2 teenagers mayber 20 years old pulled up to me in a C63 amg

turned the bottle on and ran from a 40mph roll, he never wanted a honk he just took off so i chased and he wound up beating me by 1.5 cars which im very happy with considering they dyno at 425rwhp and with drag radials run 11.8 at 116mph passenger had the nerve to ask why i lost "what happened to you back there" i told him that "you have 480hp i have 260hp better question is why did you not beat me by more?"

Yes a bigger throttle body and Plenum will help. I have the 78mm BBK unit.

hmm, so did he retro fit the nitrous and want to talk about racing some slow car he should have beaten? gotta take advantage of where you have the upper hand when you race. mustangs are best from a dead stop when using nitrous. you just gotta have some real good tires.

Just wondering why you did the AC delete? Was your pump not working? I hear the gains are not worth the heat on a summer day. If you're gonna l get beat on the road, you might as well do it in air conditioning.

Hi there cool guy. First i just want to apologize that the rest of the world with their mustangs are not as fast as yours, we all are very sorry.

Either way i had nitrous on my old motor took it off when i put another motor in, so i just reinstalled it. My car has intake, exhaust, and 125 shot, on the other hand a c63 dyno's around 420rwhp and with a tune and tires run 11.99's@116mph on a 7spd auto. From a 40mph you think i could run with a 114-116mph car????

For the question about AC delete, the clutch was shot as well as compressor. I did however have a smaller belt bypassing the ac pulley but this made the rpm's hang, so i just bought the pulley was like 40 bucks, idles great now, and lost a few pounds at the same time.
