Swap out the 4.10s for 3.55s. You want higher (lower numerical value) gearing with a turbo to help it spool quicker.
I would say that, and just keep saving for the on3 setup. Maybe buy the tubular k member in advance to make the turbo install easier.

SFCs are a great idea, as far as interior goes i think in a Gt, mach 1 or cobra seats would be a sweet upgrade, mach seats are so dang comfy lol. I have a friend who had an 02 gt for years, first time he sat in my car he was in love with the seats.
