Yes they do. Go to products, blocks and block parts and scroll down. They sell them specifically for your block as well near the bottom. Part # 400025C Teksid and they are on sale for $49.99

Thats the side bolts. I know they sell the side bolts as I bought them with my order. They do not sell the JACKING SCREWS for the side bolts.

Wow I got lucky. The person that previously had my block luckily still had them... Problem solved

Lesson: Do NOT buy a Teksid block (some didnt have jacking screws) without the jacking screws, and nobody (aftermarket or Ford Motor Company) make them anymore

The earlier Teksids with the M8 sidebolts DID have jacking screws
The later Teksids with the M9 sidebolts Did not
