That noise is most likely not coming from your shocks or struts. Most likely old ball joints.

With what ball joints?
I've seen a certain "reputable" brand of ball joints shit the bed within a few months.

I can't remember what kind I used, but I guess I will change them again and see if that solves the problem.

That is true. Most of the stuff from the parts stores is crap. (Usually Chinese made)

Struts/strut mounts could be a possibility though. Try pushing on the corner of the car to get it to bounce a little. Take note of how it rebounds. See if it clunks then.

To see if it's ball joints, jack it up a little, and use a pry-bar to lift up from under the wheel. Look to see if the camber goes out of whack or if it makes any popping or clunking.

Well... I'd check them first before I bought new ones. Don't just swap 'em for nothing.
How certain are you that the noise is from the front? Give your rear suspension a look, too. I dunno what set-up you're running, but if it's stock, you could probably do well to start replacing bushings/control arms/however crazy you want to get.

Why did you replace the ball joints in the first place?

You can also check the FCA bushings and tie rod ends as well.
