Mounting locations, you may want to invest in 99-04 seat brackets to secure the seats correctly to your '03.

I had a different problem when i put in my procar seats.
They came with aftermarket seat rails but i couldn't mount the seatbelt thingy on the actual rail, so off to the auto wreckers to buy a manual seat rail for $5 (best bet to find one there)

I say manual that way you can drop a bit of weight from the power seat (that is if you don't mind)
But if your doing passanger side don't worry about it.

I'm sure you can get away with it but if it was me I would like the proper rail, I rather be safe than sorry type of thing.

I had to get a manual seat bracket and cut and fab the seat belt holster piece to the rail.

My procars came with new rails that would fit perfect but mustang seat belt piece attaches to the seat and not the floor.

Edit: easy solution like I did was go to the wrecker and get a passager side bracket and use that one, unless you want a pwer seat.

Thats the only thing I can think of right now that would make it easier for you.
Other than choping and fabbing up something like I did in my race car, basically made my own rail and bracket for the car but I also had a welder and the tools to do it.

Are you talking about there is no place for the female part of the seat belt? There may be a star pattern bolt on the side of the seat that can be taken out and run the female seat assembly through that.

I have 1993 sport seats in my 02 gt and I had the same problem. I used a star socket to remove the bolt that connects the back of the seat with the bottom of the seat and have had no problems.

I have a manual slider from a 96-98 Mustang...my Dad and I grinded a pried the seat belt bracket off. We then cut the bracket to where the metal bracket was just the L shape. After that we re welded it and boom there you go and saved 25 pounds
