Iac problems


I have a problem with my iac my check engine light came on , sp inreplaced it with one from auto zone . It was a dura last kind it thencheck engine light keeps coming back on. My mechanic sprayed it down to check for vacuum leaks and did not find any, and said it has to be that cheap ass iac does it really matter? Cause the ones at the dealer cost 170 bucks

That Hurt my eyes trying to read that. Did you replace the gasket? Take it back and get a new one. I have a autozone iac and didn't have any issues with it.
