Choppy idle, bucking at W.O.T, High STFT Help.
Hi guys i have a 02GT and just installed a cold air intake, and a stack racing upper intake plenum. I also have slp lm1s welded in. After install i noticed a slightly choppy idle and bucking at W.O.T if i have it in 5th going up a hill. I also checked data in a scan tool and it said my short term fuel trim was 23% at idle, and 10% at 2k rpm. i was thinking it could be the IAC or vacuum line, but i wanted some input. Thanks

Make sure all vacuum lines are on the plenum front and back, and look them over to make sure one has not collapsed.
I had the same problem after my instal awhile back and couldn't figure it out because all the lines were plugged in. So I checked it out while the car was idling and noticed a vacuum line was shot.

Vacuum leak some where. High STFT indicates unmetered air is getting inside the motor

Use some ether and spray around the intake, when the idle goes up your found the leak!
