if your nervous about tappin it yourself, take it to a shop and have them weld a bung in, or have them tap it for you. peace of mind would probly be worth it.
Not sure on boost guage, i have a KB. Mount bracket may work for you, 96-98 had romeo heads and timing covers, so does your '04, hold it up the the mount point and see if it lines up. Or, and maybe a better option, call Vortech, they will be able to tell you for sure. Have an answer in no time that way.

Follow the directions that come with the s/c for tapping the pan. Take your time, and it'll be fine. It's not that big of a deal. The hardest part is finding the right size tap.
Pick a place in your vac lines and tee off for the boost gauge. The bracket... I'm not sure on. There are differences in the tensioner pulleys and bolt sizes on some timing covers. 8mm vs. 10mm bolts. I don't commit that kind of shit to memory.

weld a bung in or use the special punch that rolls the metal inward so you have the surface to tap and use a good sealer
