AIS Kit ordered!

Talked to Rodney today and ordered the kit. Itll come with a dual nozzle setup. Hes setting me up for a 5gph Jet before the throttle body, and 5gph jet before the blower.

He said it should drop the AFR only about .5 Which is definitley good. Figure, my tune right now is at 11.75:1. Have my tuner tune the meth for 11.3, if the meth fails for some reason, itll go to 11.8 and obviously timing will be pulled once IATs hit xxx amount.

I was talking to him about what to run for a mixture. He told to just run -20 WW fluid. He wasnt to impressed with boost juice. And he said it does great, has it on his vehicle and his friends and works great. He said even if I were to "spike" it for alittle more methanol, its really not going to do anything much.

Cobrastang, Rodney said that De-icer one he wouldnt recomend running because of the additives. Since he sized my jets and stuff for the -20* WW fluid, thats what Ill run.

Rodney was really friendly, nice guy. Talked to him for maybe an hour, and he explained everything to me and it all makes sence. Cant wait to get the kit.
So going on in the next week or two is

AIS kit
CX 4 core intercooler
Tial 50mm BOV
New intercooler piping
Dyno tune.

I just have to fix my exhaust leak so I can get a tune without the AFR being thrown off. Im seriously considering buying an AEM wideband, and putting it on the passenger side rear O2 location. Since the passenger side doesnt have leaks (usually its the driver side) and I wont have to worry about an exhaust leak messing up my AFR.

I'm so jealous right now, I'm too cheap to finish my blower kit lol.
What size of intercooler piping you gonna run? I assume 3inch?
And i see your running a knock off bov, do you get any affects running it?

3" piping yah. I have a Greddy knock off, it does okay, I dont like it though. I ordered a Tial 50mm BOV with a 3 PSI spring. Should be here by saturday or monday

Said fuck it and ordered a AEM Wideband too. I was going to buy some Eibach Pro kit lowering springs, but dont really have the money for an alignment and CC plates now. And Id rather have a wideband with the methanol to be safe. Cant wait to get all this shit done!

Stal, Rodney said he wants to have it set up so the meth sprays around 7psi. No sooner then 6psi. 7psi seem alittle late? I figured itd be around 3-4psi? Ill probably set it up for 6psi unless my tuner wants to do it differently

I had mine set to spray at 6#. If your tuner is good you can have it fire earlier

Also, got these bad bitches in today. Dynomax rolled tip 4" exhaust tips

Ill probably be installing the new intercooler this weekend along with the BOV and new piping. Then sometime next week, will be the meth kit and the wideband. Then hopefully that weekend, I can head up to the dyno.
