That's a pretty sweet find. I'm kicking myself right now. I should've known better to look at ebay for those too. Oh well.

I have 12-250# springs and it can be tuned for a fairly soft ride. Because of the adjustable struts.
I would go heavier. 300# would be good.
250 is more for light cornering and DD duty..... from what I have read.

I have only had traditional coil springs and then swapped to my 12-250# coilovers.
Fairly similar ride, more noise and vibrations though. When I make my struts/shocks as stiff as they can get its like riding on rails. Great for light cornering, but you could go more if you are going to be doing a lot of auto-x.
I also had rear CO's at one time, not the best thing to drive on the street with otherwise stock rear suspension.....

edit: coil springs were eibach prokit springs

Nice man! Your gonna have a one Hell of a beast on your hands. Im waiting on some hp292 Cams right now, but houston performance are really dragging their feet. I may just go with some of bobs Cams. Im sure I would not be disappointed judging how well he does with all other aspects of the mustang.

So now that i have coil overs ordered front and rear lets talk rear control arms. since basically im loosing the front and rear springs will the rear coil over kit fit with the little shocks on the rear? and what Control arms do I need for the rear to help improve handling and traction? I want to just go ahead and look into these as well.

The car seem to launch straighter But I also installed a true trac at the same time so that might of been alittle bit to do with it Wish I could help more but I only had them installed on the car for 500 miles on them before I parked the car for winter. I have a YouTube video of my car launches I can post it if u think it will help u out
