NEW MOTOR WONT START !!!!!! HELP

I just got a used motor with 70k miles on it with 6 month warranty that came out of a grand marquis i swapped everything over i needed to which was exhaust manifolds intake with the bells and whistles i went and got fuel put in the car after installing it and the car turns over just fine... no problems with that i kept trying to crank and got nothing so i checked the frps and i cant press the botton down but i checked if i had fuel at the fpr and fuel drips out and i hear the fp prime... i kept researching and found maybe the crank position sensor... i went and checked it and it was unplugged.... so i plugged it back up and tried to start again and it still will not start... ive checked all my connections for the injector and the COP and still wont start i got the code that for high pressure at the regulator before i checked the crank sensor... i swapped them out and cleared the codes and put the stock tune back in it then checked the crank sensor and plugged it back in and still no luck the car has been down 2 years and i cant wait anymore... please somebody help me im still throwing the code p1000 but i believe it should still start with it...

P1000 will not cause a no-start condition. It simply means that all the readiness monitors have not gone through their checks.

Also I'm surprised it would crank without a crank position signal. Most motors will not crank without one.

Start with the basics. It won't crank. Why might it not crank? Check power to the starter, jump it if need be. Check your grounds.

Make sure that your engine harness is well connected and that others are too. Also check your grounds to the engine.

Sounds like your coolant sensor is not connected properly, or effed up.

Also check to make sure the upstream oxygen sensors are hooked up, not damaged, you don't have vacuum leaks or an exhaust leak. Lean could also be caused by insufficient fuel pressure.
