Any one in Austin, Texas...
that has an xcal or similar tuner and would let me borrow it for 20 bucks?

Man it doesnt work that way! They are VIN locked meaning that you can only use them on one car unless you take the first vehicle to stock and then use it on the next one. If you ever want the 1st with tunes again you have to return the 2nd one back to stock tune and then you can use it on the 1st again!
