back to stock shifter

i took my b&m ripper shifter out and put my stock shifter back in...and it seems like i can handle it alot better when im racing, i guess just cuz im used to driving it now...but has anyone else ever done that and felt like the stock shifter felt better than the short throw?

Back to stock? I'm just wondering why you would do that? My Tri-Ax feels so much better than my friends stock shifter...

I considered putting an aftermarket shifter in my car for a long time because of all the good reviews here.

But I never missed a shift in my car. I had zero problems with it. Even racing banging the gears on spray I never had a problem. So I just left it stock.
