Exhaust install pricing


For those of you that had your catback syatem installed professionally, how much does it typically run moneywise?

For mine to be aligned, pipes extended, and welded was $80. I had 10% off but they took 20% off.

It shouldnt be more than a hour labor at a shop. But if you get a catback system most of them bolt up nicely. Its something that you shouldnt have a problem doing yourself.

x2 I took the cheep way out and just had the mufflers cut off and pipe welded in there place. Only cost me $40.00 at a muffler shop.

My install cost $100, but I gave him $120 because I plan to do more business with this one guy and I may need a brake in the future.

It's a totally DIY driveway job that takes no more than some hand tools, a buddy to help you line it up, and a little bit of patience. No need to pay someone to do it for you.

im lookking to get a new exhaust system on my car, somebody recommended MAC, im thinking flowmaster, anybody ever try using the MAC exhaust in their car?

Lots of people on here have mac exhaust and they have a better sound than flowmaster IMO.
