new engine, best swap besides the standard 4.6?

So i blew my engine really pissed ohwell learned a hard lesson. Now i just want my car to be naturally aspirated but obliviously still fast. I spoke to a mecanic and he said i should be able to swap either a licoln navigation engine, or a f150 there both 5.4 windsors. How easy can this be done anyone done it, how would those engines work in our cars? My cars auto and only had 63,000 k on it

If you want a N/A beast, go with a 351 windsor swap stroked out to a 393!

the 351 will bolt in with a 94-95 K-member, but it will be more difficult because its pushrod and everything! But remember the 5.0s and the 351s make more power for cheaper than our modular "crappy air flow" motors N/A! That is why blowers really wake our cars up because of all the extra air being run through our crappy heads! If I were you I would just do the 5.4 swap!

5.4 32v!!! other choices are of course is the 4.6 3v, 4.6 4v, 5.4 2v, 5.4 3v, 5.4 4v, cammer!, db9 motor should fit, i think the v10 fits with a little modification, other than that will be push rod motors. trans should fit most of them, maybe a bellhousing change. depending how much power you want will determine if the stock trans will hold up. oh and not to mention the tuning required if you go to a different motor.

5.4 4v is the best mod motor that I know of, but I think the swap requires a different computer and all... I'd just go with the cobra engine/ 4.6 4v

what are the 5.4s usually out of?
everyone is talking about it like its cheap, im the type to buy brand new crate motors over something used even if i have to spend alot, and that means i cant do it with the cobra engine cause i cant find them new anywhere.
