I was wondering how hard it is to install it with a friend or two . and some people were telling me i might need a new gasket for them.

you could do it by yourself, but having someone else is always a plus! you will need is a swivel socket and either a tuner/mil elimators though... depending on what name brand you get would possibly need a gasket? mine didnt need one (MAC)

you will need a long extension and a swivel socket for the passenger side. MAKE SURE YOU SOAK ALL THE BOLTS IN PB BLASTER before you try and get them off... ESPECIALLY THE PASSENGER SIDE!!!!
I spent 11 hours trying to get that bolt off on the passenger side... don't put yourself through that! You can do it by yourself no problem.
