2002 Mustang GT won't start!

First post ever made so help me out.
Well, my 02 mustang gt won't start. After a new fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump module, spark plugs, fuel pressure sensor, fuel pressure regulator, new fuses & relays, & even a PCM, it still wouldn't start. The reason for most of this is because of the signs the car was giving us. Any ideas of what the problem is?? The old & new PCM make a humming/buzzing noise. As soon as that stops, a few clicks comes from a little box below the cold air intake. I'm not sure what it is. Looks like it leads to the brakes?? Also, I was opening the ignition switch off & on for about 5 times or so, & all of a sudden my doors locked then unlocked. Is that normal??
Please help!

I think someone else just posted up a similar problem.

I ran into the same thing after my swap.

Do you get the theft light blinking, or dashes for the odometer at all?

Is the buzzing/clicking coming from under the passenger fender, near the wheelwell? It could be the CCRM. The CCRM controls the power relays to the starter and PCM. If it doesn't get a good ground, you get neither. Check to make sure pin 15 of the CCRM gets ground, and make sure all other grounds are snug and present.

Here's the thread with my issue-
No Start Condition, Weird Symptoms

See if that sounds anything like yours.

Checked that thread out. Same problem as me for the most part. I put in a new CCRM. It didn't fix anything. It still buzzes/hums, then something clicks.
Normally, my theft like blinked all the time. Not rapidly though. So I don't know about that. Dashes only come on if I take the CCRM off. & I'm new at this, but how do I check the grounds? Test light?

mine did this. i ended up jackin up my underhood fuse box and accidentally pulling some wires out when i did my engine swap.. it would crank and crank and crank and never start. checked everything up till that...

anyways , to keep it simple....are you getting fuel?...spark? the basics to life in a cylinder?

Did you check your FPDM fuse in the engine bay? I know you said you changed your fuses but that one 20 AMP will cause a no start issue as well.

AHHH we may be onto something then you could always buy then take em back if they dont work. If you have replaced everything else I do not see it being anything other then these sensors, Or one of them anyhow.

I have a windsor, but I do beleive your right there only being one cam sensor. check out that driver sensor tomorrow, and report back to us to let us know if that cured the cold.

I would still want to resolve that buzzing sound in the CCRM since you already know that something with that needs to be fixed.

You can check the ground with a digital volt meter (DVM), and check either continuity or resistance from the wire to a ground point on the chassis.

FWIW, I didn't change my CCRM, it was just a bad ground to it.

And +1 to there only being one cam sensor, at least on both of my Romeo's.

Alright, today the car started. After messing with a few things, of course. but now it won't!
I messed with these here. I don't know exactly what they are. (green arrow)
It's connected by a gray plug. (blue arrows)
I disconnected them, then connected them again. It started.
