I think you can just turn it off with a tuner.

i turned off the traction control with a tuner, but i don't know if you can turn off the ABS. you might be able to remove the fuse for it and defeat it that way, providing it doesn't affect anything else that you actually want to keep running.

It's going to be a track only (Drag) so I'm thinking I just want to yank the whole system? Any ideas?

What would it do if you unplugged or removed the sonsors at the wheels? I would think that should pretty much defeat the system for ya, But might trip the check engine light.

The problem that I'm looking at is putting a line lock on the front brakes, and removing the unit it's self. Looks like about 20/25 pounds. I just don't know if the unit is gone will need to install a metering valve of just connect the piping from the master cinlinder to the brakes front and rear. the check engine light bulb will be pulled.

Not sure how that will work if you pull the whole unit. If the brake pressure distribution is built into that unit then the only problem I think you might have is the brakes will be a 50/50 balance to the front and back.

You could always go to a junk yard and pick up a distribution valve out of some random car just to get a little more stopping power on the front brakes.

Once your done your gunna have to let us know what you did.

I know you got a KB S/C (least I remember reading that).

I plan to build mine over the next year or so. Not planning on those kind of numbers, But 10's would be nice. When I get it to that point its going to be my garage car that I take to the track on the weekends.
