Cherry Bomb Chambered Mufflers?

Has anyone heard a 2v with an O/R X and the chambered cherry bomb muffler with the new wing plate or whatever? I think I might go that route instead of the Hooker Aero-Chambers....

Damn, I haven't heard the word cherry bomb and glasspack since I left Arkansas! Don't use them, just for the fact that they were the ones who brought the glasspack mufflers out for hillbillies to put on their chebby and ford 4x4's... I still have nightmares about that sound. Sounded like a boat going down the road.

Texarkana... actually outside of Texarkana, in Genoa. My town was extremely red necked! EVERYONE had glasspacks and freakin' 18" long echo tips.

we have quiet a few around here, but thankfully not many at all with loud annoying glasspack systems. it is getting over ran with whoopi cushions with a car attatched to them.

I have heard a couple of Dodge cars with the new cherry bombs and I thought they sounded good. I would describe them as a mellow flowmaster.

There's much better technology going with other mufflers to use those in my opinion... I wouldn't throw some cheap muffler on my beauty... just save up your money and get a real exhaust set not some set you can find on an old ass work truck that's smoking like hell from being so overloaded with stress...

I don't know what you're looking at but the cherry bomb pro's aren't really that cheap, same price as 40 series. I don't really know what kind of research they put into their "wing plate" but i figure it's their version of flowmaster's delta flow

if you are wanting something pretty loud go with some dynomax race bullets. I have them on my car and lets just say i have pretty much the loudest modular i have ever heard. And whoever says flows sound good is on crack, i put a set of flows with turndowns on my car for the shootout and my car sounded like a freakin pussy, i would have rather had stock exhaust.

If you are saying cherry bombs are some cheap exhaust, that means you know nothing about them. If you go the cherry bomb route get them with a O/R H pipe and it should sound mean and deep. Be sure to put up a sound clip if you do. :wink
