Throttle Body spacers
Alright are these just a joke or can you benefit from them. I read theyre good for power and fuel economy but then heard first hand comments that they did nothing at all. Any opinions greatly appreciated. Thanks

i ran a t/b spacer and a plenum spacer, there isnt a hp gain that you feel. dont know about the mpg, i always have my foot in it. i had them just to have them, and to try a get every little bit out that i could. i cant run them now because of clearance issues.

I know they help more so with throttle body fuel injection... older stuff mainly b/c it gets the fuel to mix with the air better before it enters the cylinder. But with our cars and the multi port fuel injection it doesn't help mix the fuel with the air.

I had a TB spacer on my 02 GT and I don't think it did anything. My dad put one on his F-250 and actually LOST mpg. Not that going from 10mpg to 9.8 is alot but you get the picture.
