I just got my 4.10's installed today, turned out great, no wines, tons of fun to drive... only problem is my speedometer is screwed up. I got a diablo predator tuner along with the gears and will hook it up likely tomorrow. My question is... I read in the diablo booklet that the diablo tune is for 93 octane... they only sell 91 octane where I live so detonation is likely going to happen? I read that you just have to adjust your spark and you good to go, is that all there is to it?

you should be fine. i dont know where you got it from but they shoulda asked you if you ran 93 or 91. cuz they have a program for 91

the diablotune is for 93 octane, but in the booklet it tells you just to retard the timing 10degrees in both ranges if youre running 91 octane.

Thanks for that info. I'm not sure why I didn't find that in my book. Good to know even though I have 93 octane.
