BBK cold air, 75mm, plenum,headers,udpullies should i?

i want more hp for the buck what brand. any better ideas. im planing on gettin hurst short throw too, with spec clutch kit. im new at the stang thing i need some advice. and my buddie has ss camaro 01 and i dont want him to beat my 99 too bad

I would go with this one over the BBK

JLT CAI, works with aftermarket tb's up to 75mm
