Engine Swap
ok i have 1999 gt course the junky 4.6 blew at only 30k but i have pulled it out and i wish to put a 351w stroked out to a 408 i was woundering if any one new where i can fine motor mounts or give me any kind of intel on this thanks

i was wondering the same thing, would the 351 shortblock be easy to put in with all the newer wiring harnesses and stuff?-sorry for the semi threadjack man

You'll have to replace the wiring harness and ecu if you're going to stay fuel injected. As for dropping it into a 99GT, you'll need to get a fox body / 5.0 type k-member and it'll bolt in with 5.0 engine mounts.
