4.10 gears and no traction

So i got my 4.10 gears installed about a month ago. I have been challenged a few times by other cars and it seems like ive gotten slower. I know this isnt the case and i should be blowing these bitch's out of the water but it seems that cant get traction if my life depended on it. Ive put my mod list at the bottom so please help me out.

should be hooking up pretty good... just easy the throttle in 1st or else you will lose all traction. i pretty much feather first gear, but i only have 245s and 3.73s

yeah there's two, get some adjustable steeda upper control arms and some nitto 555r tires and you should hook real nice. You might want to get some subframe connectors to keep your frame from twisting on hard launches too

a friend of mine has the maximum motorsports contorl arms and tokico illumina shock and strut set up, and likes it. i have the gms control arms and like them. i am still debating on shocks and struts, but i am leaning toward the tokico illumina shock/strut set up.

you need to ditch the sumitomos also. i run them in the cooler months of the year. traction sucks with 3:73 gears.

You need some softer tires in addition to lowers and shocks. Drag radials FTW.
