Instrument Cluster Question

Hi, Im new to this forum and I have a question about my instrument cluster. I have an 00 GT and I want something different for my gauges without having to spend a bunch of money on somethin that doesnt gain me any performance. I see American Muscle has the inlays and was wondering if any of you out there had them or if they are decent. If I could get some opinions it would be great, thanks!

I purchased a set off ebay for 26.99 with shipping, they're white faced gauges and come in a 3 piece set. Just make sure you do not pull the needles off cuz trust me...its a pain to get them set back right. Or you could buy from a high priced dealer that sells a one piece, they run around 89.99

i swapped my gt cluster for one out of a mach 1...it was an easy swap. its a lil more expensive than just throwing an overlay on. im probably gonna upgrade again to some other gauges and sell the cluster.

Oh memories... I tried separating mine to paint the bezel and left it too long in the oven...

I would say the ones from ebay might last a few months, then the converter goes out due too high temperature and you won't get any glow on the faces... But the last time I purchased one on ebay was 5 years ago, they might have different vendors or something. I don't know, things like that, so cheap in price, just give it a try.

I have some white fale ones. THE ONLY draw back is when it starts to get dark and you run with your lights on its hard to see the numbers.
