has anyone tryed this short throw shifter before i had one in my old truck and loved it but i dont about the stang yet and also can i get some pics of it in your stangs if you got one.

and i already thought about steeda and mgw but i just want to be diff. so plz no flaming.

thats what i have in my 86' 5.0 back home. i like it pretty good.

my buddy Mike runs a Hurst shifter in his '92 and he loves it. his only complaint is that the t- handle gets really hot during in the hot weather.

hurst is usually pretty reliable...its probobly good

That bitch is bad. I love my hurst- I have driven a few other cars with different shifters, but I have never considered changing mine out. It is, in my opinion, the slickest shifting short throw on the market.

I was read mm&ff or 5.0mag last night and a new company came out with a shifter with internal gates and the whole sha-bang. ill look them up and see. im at work now. it will be about midnight my time. its now 9:09.

I personally am going to go with mgw for the easy fact that they are super adjustable.

ive used hurst in the past on a fox body and the MGW in my current car is by far a better shifter. only drawback is by design u cant put a chrome hurst stick on it. other wise its an awesome shifter.
