Pypes or UPR?

Ok Ive decided to get a X pipe. I dont have $400 to spend on a damn X pipe like some people do. But I have about $250 at most. Keep in mind I will need the Mil eliminators too.

Either I get a Pypes O/R X pipe for $189+$62 for the Mil eliminators. So thats $250 from American muscle with free shipping.

OR

UPR O/R X pipe with mil eliminators for $209 before shipping.

I guess it would probably come out to around $250 with the shipping.

But which X pipe should I get between the two? Im leaning towards the Pypes X pipe.

I would go with Pypes or BBK. Both should be under 200. I've just heard of fitment problems with UPR.
