New Throttle Body question

I was looking to replace my stock TB with the BBK 1711* -Twin 65mm 4.6 4-V Throttle Body. My question is if I do that will I need a tune for the car to run right or should it be fine off the tune from my predator?

it will run fine when you put it on.

it will rev a little faster as well.

EDIT:

why are you putting a 4v part on your 2v?
