Power window question

So its not that important but its a cheap little project, or atleast i hope anyways.
I was wondering how a person would go about making both windows go down by pressing the button once like the driver side, would it be the motor, a switch, relay, what?

I was in one of the newer mustangs and i was kind of intrigued by what simple of a thing it is, but it helps. so if anyone can help me, thanks

Here ya go...

http://www.webelectricproducts.com/

Click on "One Touch Windows" on the left side, then choose the lower Mustang (not the 2005+ one obviously).

GREAT product. I installed one in my passenger door last weekend, and love it. Ha, I have to force myself to remember that my passenger window is only one touch now, I was so used to holding it down.

Alright I'll take a look into it, and you just need to replace the switch? or do you have to take the whole door panel off? and you'd need two, as in one for the driver passenger control and one for the passenger control?

You only need one, it gets installed in the passenger door, and all you need to take off is the piece that holds the window switches (the part you grab when you pull the door shut).

It is a Ford module that you wire into the switch. It's very easy and comes with instructions and everything you need to do it minus the tools (wire cutter, stripper, pliers, crimper).

Definitely worth the $31.

oh yeah this is what i have been waiting for, so once you install it on the passenger side the driver side button will also put the passenger side down all the way??.... whoa that was a lil confusing... what i meant was on the driver door the passenger side button will roll the window all the way down??..

...Not to intrude on your question man but since we're here talking about this I figured it was a good point to ask...The driver-door's Passenger-Side window switch rolls it down, but not back up. Its not a motor problem cause done from the Passenger Side door it works fine, I might be able to tell by just taking the cover off but does anyone know if this is just a crappy wiring problem? I have a 2001 GT, its got 110,000 miles on it and the gaps are shrinking between episodes of minor repair and replacements...Thanks.

When installed the switch on the driver and passenger door make it a one-touch.

By the way, seeing the one-touch window switches in my buddies new '06 was exactly what got me looking for how to make both mine one-touch as well.

Yeah, they provide you with some wire tap-in squeeze connectors, but I used screw-on wire nuts for a better connection, and that's what I would recommend doing.

Don't use these:
