LEGAL Prochamber

Any way to make a Prochamber Legal? I'm going to be getting some JBA Smog Legal Headers with a Borla Stinger catback. I know a place to get a catted prochamber but its like $400. Any way to make a o/r prochamber pass emissions or should i just swap it with my stocker every year? I know the install isnt that bad (maybe an hour). Also... will these

fit the prochamber?

There is no such thing as a high flow cat..... some manufactures will claim their product is one..... but in order for them to work they are all the same..... only the diameter on the inlet outlet and case differ in size.

But to answer you question it should be fine.
