cant decide

So i have a 2001 mustang gt 5 speed with the mods listed below. I have been debating on what to do now for awhile and cant decide. Should i stick with my block, bore it out, and use that as a base for my new build, go with a complete crate motor and have it installed(problem is cant find one that will work with a daily driving applications), or just get a new block and go from there. I want to get around 350-400 hp now, s/c or turbo will come later but for now i want it n/a. Anyone have any suggestions or shops that can help. I live in houston texas.

Them bare blocks aren't too bad if I was gonna build an engine from scratch I'd buy the 5.4 block and put 4v heads on it... That is if I was staying modular...

i was just going to get the carb. modualr fully assembled motor from them, either the 5.4 4v or 4.6 4v, and when there building it for me, have to substitute p+p heads and bigger cams in there. I think this would give me some good hp and a badass sound.
