Changing the brake pads, quick help please
Changed the fronts fine now im doing the rear and i heard your not suppose to push that piston in because of the e-brake your suppose to spin the piston in, i spun it in but it wont spin in any further and its not wide enough to go on, anyone do theres before? wana get this done and put my new wheels on. thanks guys

you need to buy a special tool or be very good with a set of pliers to do it correctly.

i got channel locks and im spinning the piston in but it seems like it wont go in any further, do i gotta keep going till its all the way in?

![]() or do it the hard way and just take off the caliper so there is no pressure. that makes it easy. but then you have to bleed the brakes.

it takes alot of effort
last time my pliers slipped and i cut my hand pretty good haha

It does make it easier but i keep braking the tool so i use needle nose's.
