CDC Mustang Shaker System (99-04 GT) 105115 - Free Shipping!

Ignore price completely. What do you guys think of this system aesthetically? I definitely think it looks better than the stock gt hood w/scoop, but I'm trying to decide if it would be worth it to get a Mach 1 Hood instead of the piece that comes with it that is applied to the stock hood.

I like it but only with a mach 1 hood. I think the plastic looks really cheap. Cj pony parts sells a carbon fiber mach1 hood but thats the only aftermarket hood that i know is made.

Oh I know that. I have a shaker already -- I'm just trying to decide whether to go the inexpensive route or do a Mach hood.

That one is really freakin expensive. There must be gold infused to the carbon fiber.

I think the shaker itself looks sick, I cant stand the stripe infront of it whether it be plastic or paint, just think it looks cheesy

op didnt even realize your car is black..there was a member on here that had a black one with the shaker hood. Looked tits with the black shaker coming through the black hood. Ill see if I can find the pic, its what made me fall in love with the shaker

I like the thought. If it were gloss, I think it would look pretty sick actually.

What do you guys think of this kit versus a functional hood scoop. I already have a stock GT scoop and I was thinking about putting an air filter under it to make it functional.
