New bucket seats

I would like to get some different bucket seats in my car, but I don't really know where to start. The GT seats are not exactly the greatest... I love the feel of the termi seats, but I think I could get something better & lighter. Any suggestions???

How much are you looking to spend?? Ebay actually has alot of good deals on bucket seats. You'll have to get Universal omes but they are easy to install. I bought a set of Otto-R seats for my Stang and they cost me $250 for the pair delivered to my door. They aren't the MOST comfortable but I drive alot and they haven't bothered me yet. They keep you snug but you won't get clostrophobic. But Corbeau is always a good choice but can get pricey.

I bought a set of used sparcos for my old vw and they were great, you can really push ur car when you dont slide around. it was also super comfortable, but they are a lil pricey. Ive been thinkin bout gettin a pair of Corbeau for my stang when i get a lil extra cash.

The Recaros that came in the Cobra R's are really nice but super expensive. I like the termi seats too. see if you can nab some out of a wrecked one. I'm pretty sure HMUSN bought some of em for his GT. ask him how much he paid for em.

Sooo... any idea of a way to search online for a wrecked cobra, or would I have to just go search around at junk yards???

Those are the best seats for your money .. granted they only come in black "leather" or black cloth .. but they are def. good quality seats and are comfortable ...

Did you have to buy brackets to make them fit or were they bolt in ready?

I think I'm gonna go with the synkro. Now it comes in cloth for $450 & vinyl for $480. It also says on the website that the cloth in their most popular seat. Is getting vinyl worth it or should I just stick with the cloth & buy myself a tank of gas???
