Underdrive Pulleys

Just ordered a set of BBK underdrive pulleys for my 04 GT, anything I should know before installing them, does the tensioner for the serpentine belt have enough adjustment or do I need a shorter belt?, also are all the pulleys pressed on or just bolted on and slide right off??? Thanks.

the belt tensioner will take up the slack. when i put mine on, i had to remove the whole alternator from the car to get the pulley off of it just because of the space issue. i hit the nut with an impact and it came right off. the water pump pulley is really easy. i think it's like four bolts. for the crank pulley, put the car in first gear with the e brake set when you try to break free the bolt for the crank pulley. had to borrow a harmonic damper puller from advance auto parts to remove it. overall, it was a pretty simple swap. too about an hour and a half with smoke breaks. oh, and make sure you have a drawing of your belt routing so when you're done you know how to put the belt back on.
