Engine Stuttering

OK this one is kinda weird. No matter what gear I am in around 2k RPMs to 2400 the car stutters just seems the engine hesitates and you can feel the stuttering . Once out of that range it runs fine. Any ideas? I haven't changed anything nor done anything different. Just seems to of came on all of a sudden.

Oh LOL forgot, its an 03 Cobra, JLT CAI, BBK LT's, BBK X pipes and Magnaflow Catback. Has a pulley just not sure which one.

Dude you have a Skyline? Sweet! I love those cars!

I'd run some seafoam through it and see what happens. It can't possibly hurt.

It can be the fuel pump, or clogged cats (if you have any), when's the last time you changed the fuel filter?
