Emissions is something I deal with every day living in MAssachusetts. I have been looking into a header, highflow catted H Pipe setup that will pass emissions. Then im gonna throw on the NEW Flowmaster 44's and find some 4" tips.........

Dude you are not going to get any advantage over your stock intake without some heads and cams. I would invest in those first.

First off, brother don't let brothers buy Kia Rios. Second, brothers don't let brother rice out Kia Rios.

I didn't let him buy it... my mom bought him that '03 Rio off the lot for him finishing college.... I went and busted my ass at a 12 hour a day job and didn't get anything. So if he wants to rice the damn thing out... by all means. I actually tried to convince him that we could drop my origional turbo off my old 1st gen eclipse onto it and make it quick.... He was all pumped up, untill I told him it probably would still only run mid-to-low 14's
