Need advice on next mod.

So what do you guys think I should do for my next mod?.....other than FI. What would benifit me more a cold air, TB/plenum, long tubes, or a handheld tuner.....Or something else. If I get Long tube headers I will have to replace the O/R Pro Chamber that I just got.

i'd probably lean towards the tuner or the long tubes. since you mentioned it and you have gears, have you had your speedo recalibrated or is it off? if you go with the long tubes, yes, you will need a new midpipe to match up to it. one thing to keep in mind, if you go with Mac headers, certain midpipes (like BBK) will not fit up to the headers. honestly, all the mods you mentioned will help you out, just some more than others at this point. for a CAI, i'd go with a JLT. i tried the BBK first, and it sucks by comparison to the JLT.

Yeah that's the thing. I'm wondering which one would help me the most. I know none of them are gonna make a huge difference but I would still like to do what's gonna give me the most horses......lol...just like everybody else.

It really doesn't matter. They're all mods that will get done sooner or later. Just pick one because I don't see anyone helping more than another. If I had to choose one I say the tuner. It's the most universal thing out of everything you listed. It has more than one possible funtion.

If you have your speedo already caliberated I'd say get the longtubes, so you can enjoy the roar of your precious.

Yeah my speedo is already calibrated. I really want longtubes but I also want to lower my car about 2". Are there any LT headers that I can run on a lowered car? I'm thinking maybe the cold air and the tuner. But I really want those long tube headers. Anybody in the market for a Mac Pro Chamber...lol. j/k

There are actually a few people on here looking for one. The LT headers I've seen with the best clearance are the SLP LT headers. I don't know if it will still be very good with a 2" drop though.

Yeah... I was thinking if the BBK LT's, but wanted to put the H&R Super Sport springs on.... Is clearance gonna be a huge deal with this set-up?

how about a dyno tune... then you would know if anything is wrong and why the times aren't quite right for your mods?
