I didn't say for a modular lol. They are just heads I have seen and heard about when talking about Mustangs in general. As far as what years, I have no idea what any of them will fit. Although VT does make them for our cars, I know that much, especially since they are real popular among other modular owners.

Actually, VT doesn't make or port heads. They distribute Foxlake heads (which are excellent heads BTW). Be prepared to spend around 2G's for those heads though.

Before the head swap, I looked at some other heads and I was not impressed with the quality and porting job that they come with out of the box. In fact, the shop I go to, they prefer to port their own heads. Just like anything else, they come out of a mold and still need to be worked on. Sure you can just drop them in and get some extra HP, but you will benefit from more detailed work on both the intake and exhaust sides.

I'm not saying your wrong, but VT sure seems to be selling these heads under their own name:

http://www.vtengines.com/store/index...Path=11_17_142

They are heads from customers & I realize that, but VT put their name in front of them.

It's ok bro. It's like RPM outlet selling the "RPM series" C&L plenums... They are not "RPM's" brand, just marketing.

I'll take your word for it bro. Like I said, I believe you, it's just that their site is very misleading, when they put their name in front of something thats not theirs. Ya know what i'm saying? I hate shit like that. If it's not yours, then it's simple, DON'T PUT YOUR NAME ON IT. Oh well, thanks for the heads up acmillr.

That site looks like it is returned heads that have been reworked.

It could be, I don't know. But it is VT Engines site, and they seem to love putting their name on shit thats not theirs.

There's nothing wrong with what VT is doing. They are simply selling some high quality heads using their own store front. Also, all the ported heads you bu will be "reworked" heads. As far as I know, noone is currently casting aftermarket heads.

Ok cool, thanks for that info. I didn't know that. So everyone I guess is just naming Fords re-worked heads, after their own names. Ehh if they did the work on them, then I guess it's cool.
