slp line lock

Well, quick one. I put my slp linelock last night and then my father and I bled the lines this afternoon. but the brakes feel a little spongy. there are no leaks around where the install was.

any ideas??

that's what I figured. we went through an entire bottle of brake fluid while bleeding them. looks like i will be back at it this weekend

damn dude... you shouldn't go through that much.

recycle it...

do i need to do that?? shouldn't that pretty much take care of itself when I bled the brakes?

Bleed the master cylinder, righ rear left rear right fromt left front. Also Ford say's that if you leave the lines open for any lengh of time there is a issue with maual bleeding, I got a tool from sears to bleed the brakes for about 42.00 and had very easy time bleeding my brakes which had layed open for 6 months.

cool, thanks brah. i am heading to my mechanics on sunday and he is going to help me out. hopefully I can get him to put my control arms on as well. :-)

Thanks for the input brah. took it to my friend/mechanics yesterday and bled the master cylinder. big ol' airbubble just sittin in that thing. all is well now.

also had my LCA's put on while there. what a difference.
