NX Plate system hick-up
OK i finally got off my but to get the nitrous going, the set up is the NX 4.6 plate kit (50 shot to start)car has the K&N FIPK and just some DynoMax muffs and an SCT x-cal with a Nitrous tune. At 3K i ingauge the system and right at the begining there is a slight almost bog or miss then it catches its self and runs great. Any thoughts to this and if so any fixes

get some ngk step colder plugs and gap em at 35 i think it was i did mine..and use some octane booster from advance everyonce in a while it helps..

i have 2 step colder ngk plugs and i don't think its an octane problem but more of a delievery problem

never had my own n20 setup but been around them...... does the car black smoke when it bogs... maybe a delay in the n20 solenoid low voltage bad ground etc..

purge??? may not be shooting liquid at first. i have a nos system with a n/x plate set up shooting 125. only need 1 stage colder plugs with a 50shot. dont even need a tune to run a 50 shot, you will once you go to a 100 shot. 125 and over will need 2 stage colder plugs, tune, and a fuel pump highly recommended.

well i ran it at night so the smoke i cant see, but voltage to the noids could be the culprit i'll check to day and see what turns up

i agree with sweet. do you have a purge on the system?? nitrous tends to dissapate as it sits in the lines so when you first spray it is just air and then the nitrous hits

i've got a purge but its not hooked up so thats gonna happen today as well and that could verywell be the case but i ran it twice and it happened twice, could the system be spiking lean for that little bit?

couldn't tell you that one brah. i have the same kit on my car with a hundred shot. I purge and as soon as I hit 3000 RPM, I get a kick in the ass from the nitrous hittin

pulled a plug and the boot has cracked and the plug is white good thing i havent run it much
