Car Whining
For some reason all of sudden last night my car now whines when I'm turning at low speeds and if I turn the wheel really hard to the left it sounds like my tires are rubbing up against something. There isn't a check engine light on or anything, does anybody have any suggestions on what it could be?

Is it automatic? I know when any automatic v6 mustang turns the wheel an inch it whistles and whines.
