Leaking

So i noticed the other day a spot or 2 under my car and it looks like there is some fluid dripping from my dif, and the car has abour 40k on it and a few trips to the dragway is this a normal sort of thing or is this an indication of maybe something more??

Maybe the seal on the diff cover is going? Do you have a stock rearend or did you put gears or a new cover on? I'd wipe it all clean and wait a day or so and then run my finger around the crack and see if it is leaking from there, if so I'd just take the cover off and put new gear oil in anyways... maybe check your gear fill hole...

^ wow.. I just woke up and posted...
didn't even see that he wrote diff.

basically do what Garhfer said.

if it's leaking your going to need a new seal.. it's no big deal. but it can become one if you leak too much fluid
