Popping noise in Neutral

After making a couple agressive runs to check my TB Cleaning I came to a stop and had her in Neutral. I heard a loud popping noise from the shifter area. If you put her in gear it went away but in neutral if was loud and made me worry.

Only hapeened once but only time I have stomped on it. I wonder if my clutch didn't disengage the tranny enough,. I want to go to the track tonight but am worried there is something really wrong. Any ideas?
