Rear upper and lower control arms

Anyone know of a write up of how to put on rear upper and lower control arms? On the advise of Chris J I'm going to probably do those and my lowering springs before I get new wheels. I'll probably buy those over the winter and see if I can get a good deal. :wink

If you are going to install new springs, wait and do them at the same time. Not a difficult install. I have done a couple by myself but it always goes quicker and smoother with a 2nd set of hands.

what everyone has already said. go one at a time. i helped my mechanic do my lowers last sunday and it was pretty simple. now all i have to do is find the time to go back and do the uppers (limited time last week or i would have done both)
