no, it has a 4V engine wjere as the GT has a 2V

The Mach is also under rated some say, and although it makes the same torque as the 05+ S197's, the peak torque comes in 500 rpm lower at 4200 rpm.

Plus, due to the ram air they pull very well through third where most 2Vs start to taper off. The ram air is only really effective at 70+ MPH.

The mach engine is a whole different breed. Stock rated GT at 260 HP, Mach1 at 305 HP. Crank HP.

they've pretty much summed it all up.......
except oxford white and sonic blue are the fastest of all the mustangs :wink

Ya, My friend has a Mach 1 and he ran low 13s when it was stock, compared to the GTs low 14s e/t.

That's why I asked, driver mod???? It's pretty odd, but remember that with bolt ons and 4.10 + a good tune you can get a GT into the 13's, not too far from the Mach's Stock range...
