i've checked MPH and its like 6,900... which might be a little more than i'm gonna be willing to spend, cuz i'm gonna need a tune and plus the installation.
I bought dirrectly from KB. The 9 psi kit then got their CAI with 90mm MAF and after shipping to hawaii cost me 6,100. I used the KB chip and had it checked on a dyno. I was running rich but the KB tune works until you can save up for a dyno tune.

As for the install. If you can follow instructions and can change your oil/ spark plugs on your own you can install the KB. Its step by step and so easy a cave man can do it. ( copyright GEICO )

I'm still waiting to settle my claim to pull the KB off my car but I should have it pulled, cleaned and ready to sell some time in the next 2 weeks.

Only think wrong with mine is the intercooler needs repaired (shouldn't cost much at a radiator shop) and the K&N filter on it is jacked up. But I will have a complete kit for sale. I might even pull the whole ECU out of the car so if someone wanted to run on that ECU at least you know it will run a lil rich.
You haven't taken that off yet? Where is the car right now? I know of a guy that left some stereo equipment in his totaled car until the insurance was settled and the owner of the lots son stole all of it. He had to sue them, and never got full value because he didn't keep the reciepts for eveything. When was the last time you went to see it to make sure it is there?

My appraiser took pictures of it friday with it still on the car.

I pray its not on the car when i go to pull it off. Part of the agree ment I had with USAA when I let them take the car to the salvage yard was that I was keeping the supercharger but i'm too injured to pull it off yet. I have receipts so I don't need to worry about a lawyer.
